Grand Officers and members of the Sword of Bunker Hill:

This is to notify you of our 2008 Grand Session to be held on July 24, 2008 through July 26, 2008. It will be held at the Lodge of the Ozarks (the Jewel of Branson) located at 3431 W. Hwy 76, Branson, Mo. 65616 and phone is 417-334-7535 for reservations.  Price for the rooms (1-4 people) is $70 per night plus tax. This will include a deluxe continental breakfast.

On Thursday night we will meet in the atrium of the motel and all go eat together or you can be on your own. Friday, the meeting will start at 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon then break for lunch and any unfinished business will resume at 1:30 P.M. if necessary. Also, we will be voting on the by-laws that were laid over from last meeting. If anyone has anything that needs to be brought up at this years meeting, please send me the information to look over prior to our meeting. Friday night we will try to have some shows to choose from for entertainment either as a group or individually. Saturday night will be our banquet. There will be a hospitality room available; however, it will be closed during the business meeting.  Hope all will come and plan on having a very good time.

Friday night we will be hosting a Sword in Springfield at the Gate of the Temple Lodge, Meal will be at 6:00 p.m. with the degree work at 7:00 p.m.
