History, Name and Emblem Registered and Patented The History of the Order of the Sword of Bunker Hill is copyrighted in the United States Patent Office. The Order of the "Sword of Bunker Hill" is also registered in the United States Patent Office. Any use of the History by anyone, not sending in reports to the Grand Order, any work similar to the Sword of Bunker Hill work, or any use of its name in any way, is violation of the United States Patent. Any fraudulent use thereof will be prosecuted.
